Dan-Adrian Cărămidariu
A member of the Timiș Bar since 2013, with doctorates in law and economics.
Background
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the West University of Timișoara in 2013 and from its Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in 2006. He completed a master's degree in business law in 2014.
He obtained his PhD in law in 2020, summa cum laude, and his PhD in economics in 2012, magna cum laude.
He is a lecturer in the Private Law Department of the Faculty of Law in Timișoara, teaching commercial law, economics, taxation, consumer law and international trade law.
He received the Henri Capitant Award for the best legal thesis or monograph of 2021 in private law, for his book on standard contracts in business from a law and economics perspective, published by Universul Juridic.
